bunkhouse and biscuits general policies

1. Pet fee is $25.00 per room; $50 per total house. Please crate them when you leave them alone, and take them with you if possible.

2. All room prices are per night based on double occupancy, excluding taxes. Additional person in room is $20.00 per night.

3. In addition to their reserved rooms, guests are allowed use of the common room, with refrig/microwave in kitchen.

4. This is a non-smoking house.

5. Stalls - $15 daily. Guests' horses must have negative coggins papers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Rates may vary with seasons and special events. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.

7. Check in time is 2:00pm; Check out time is 12:00 noon

8. Phone service is available at nearby Masterpieces during store hours or at the Innkeepers home. Bring your cell phone for phone service at the Bunkhouse
